Windows Vista Update

0xc000000f Error on Computer

My computer (which is only a month old) has taken a Vista Dump. When I try to turn it on, I get the following screen:

Windows Boot Manager

"Windows Failed to Start. A recent hardward or software change might be the vause. To Fix,the problem..."


Then it gives me the option to re-install the Windows, which I assume will pretty much wipe out everything on my computer.

Then it tells me the following:

File: \Boot\BCD

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration.

What can a normal person do ?????
