This new interface basically shows you the backup and restore options you have. It's pretty comprehensive. You can back up groups of files or your entire PC. In similar fashion, you can restore groups of files back to your PC or restore the entire image of your PC back...
As a person who has rebuilt his PC over and over again, I can't wait. This feature is long overdue
