Alienware support for clients

I just got my 1st Alienware laptop (07-30-2009), and the 1st thing that i have noticed is that the support for Alienware Themes-wallpapers-etc is a little poor!

I think if they would give some freedom in choosing more themes for people that bought a alienware, a lot of us will appreciate that!

Finding Themes and skins is a hard case if you don't know where to look etc.

So Alienware, for you clients...a little more SERVICE "you pay for what you get,right? Pls include a little service then"
