Hi Just want to share,

i definetely agree with you said above, if we have 64 bit machine it will better if we use 64 bit OS.

My experience, it significantly different when using 32 bit and 64 bit vista. faster using 64 bit Vista.

Out of 32 or 64 bit topic, i must admit, Vista eat your memory like your son eat french fries..
