anybody know how to made eisa partition again , if default partition is removed accidently

hi friends , i m in problem , i had buy lenovo g550ed , now i want to recreate that default setting few dys back , my eisa partition is accidently formatted , now i want to again default company settings. pls help me

I have bootable dvds of default data .
