AOpen FM56 PX Driver - Blue screen of death for Windows Vista

After Installing A driver for the AOpen ( for XP considering there are no drivers for vista ) I now get A blue Screen of Death(BSoD), Which read something like BAD_POOL, I remove the driver and Poof there goes the BSoD...gone, another thing to note is that the card only stays installed and works if the system is not completely shut down/Sleep or Hibernate.. That's a story and a half.
