it appeares everytime when I try to shutdown my Oracle 10g.(or start up)

Advanced solution:
(all you have to do is the following: Go to control panel under programs click start up programs it say says start up programs click on it in the list select currently running program disable all the windows in the first list then restart the computer.)

simple solution
-it is a windows error- other solution (you can just shutdown your computer)

Even though Vista has Directx 10 your game is looking for a Directx 9 dll file.Install Directx 9 for your game. It will not affect Directx 10 on Vista.
