Appropriate (and funny)

by Matthieu Royer
(Wilton, CT, USA)

These ads are funny because they address two issues: (1) Mac users who need to be reminded that their machine can run any software, and (2) windows users frustrated by bloatware from Microsoft and a fairly inefficient and slow Vista OS.

I'm in the later case, and I saw a huge performance loss when my machine automatically updated to Vista (from XP) -- SP1 is still not automatically installed and I have no idea "why":

I'm happy I didn't have to pay for it (it was pre-paid when I purchased my computer from Dell)
