Black screen on email's in Windows Vista

ON my email's it suddenly goes to a BLACK SCREEN..OR..it sometimes when its coming up..it shows a OUTLINE..with the desktop showing where the email should be. CLEAR LIKE
SURE WISHED SOMEONE COULD HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM..
