Black screen

I was trying to change the theme for my vista, and i downloaded a theme, i had to put the browsers.dll in system32 and i had to take the old browser.dll out.
The instructions then asked me to reboot my computer, however when my computer loaded up a black screen came on.
What can i do to fix it????
