Bootmgr is missing

Help! I have a Toshiba computer that now only says: Bootmgr is missing Cntl+alt+del to restart
Not working
I have the cd's that came with it, but it will not allow me to restore, does not show the windows system to restore. gives me the option to add drivers, don't know where to go to get them???

If you move on, I received an error after imputting the second disc: error 10-FC06-002

Called Toshiba, the guy acts like your stupid...hangs up before finishing when you've already told him that whet he has told you to do is going to error.
His best suggestion is to take it to a service center
