I don't use webcam inside laptop

I have a product of you is vaiso of version VNG-FZ490. it have a webcam but after updates driver and it's not runing. i don't understand that problem is because of winvista or webcam on this product.

check for updates

if you are having problems downloading the software, check the website of the manufactor to see if they have an update for your camera. if you are trying to download the pictures you just need to check for driver updates or purchase a memory card reader either from Best buy or ritz camera. mostly you would spend is like 20 dollars.
