Cant login I need help

Running 64-bit Vista- Ultimate with latest service pack on my laptop.

After hibernating I went to to login as Admin and the login screen flashes for a second and does not give me time to type it in before it disappears.

I had previously locked the computer, but it still allowed me to logon. I rebooted in all the safe modes, but still cannot get past the login screen.

I still can't login - need help
