I totally agree with you all here. I just purchased the same model. and it has been having problem since DAY 1!!! it gave me blue screen, and it took forver to boot and does anything. I spent more than $400 for the geek squad and I might just as well throw my $$ away. It's the WORSE buy in my life! Worse, when I tried to talk to the store I purchased it from, they are not any help at all. Are consumers just supposed to be big losers? I already spent $1300 on a piece of machine that's supposed to cost me only $800. That is simply just ridiculous!

Are you kidding? If this really exists I want to join it. I have the same computer and my mouse doesn't work, even when i reinstall windows. Even when I put linux on. This computer is horrible, and sony won't help me out to fix it.
