hmmm, in some forums I'd get a shovel...

you can create a directory called con by using the cmd (Windows-key + r, enter "cmd") and typing the following: (no qoutation ofc...)
"md \\.\c:\con"
this will create a folder named "con" on C: (replace if u want another path, and note that u will also have to use the cmd to remove the folder:
"rd \\.\c:\con")

in any version of windows you can not create a folder with this name. even com3 and some other name. i cant remember exactly what the reason is. but i remember that they are as the same name as some system file.
