True, it's very hard to contact them with a complain or for any reason. Apple on the other hand also has problems but Apple immediatly responds to the complaints with a fix. It is one of the things which would really improve windows if there was a way to contact them and if they would respond to it. I've always used windows and Vista is just not a finished product if you would compare to older versions.

I agree with all your remarks - the worst part is that Microsoft make it very difficult to contact them direct with a particular complaint. Their "Windows Update" does not work (it keeps producing various Error Codes that are unfixable) so one cannot download the latest Patches, etc - which may actually fix the Errors. Is that crazy or what ?
