dual monitor -- hidden taskbar

If you have the taskbar set to autohide and enable a second monitor then disable that same monitor the taskbar will turn completely transparent (cannot see anything but the windows start symbol).
You need to restart explorer to get it back to normal or move the taskbar to another part of the window (side, top, etc) and then move it back.
I have replicated this on 3 different machines each freshly installed and patched.
