sometimes i cannot download or open email attachments......this just started today....the computer is new and has worked well for about a week since i bought it and today sometimes, not always, it will not open attached files...done it with excel and one pdf file....in fact, i just received an email and it had two xls files attached...i was able to open the first one but when i tried to open the second one the download box apppears, the files seem to be transferring but no data showing time remaining or download speed....is this a common problem? is there a simple fix
