English to Spanish Vista

My magic wont work on vista.

I bought a computer in Carrefour in Alicante and I asked if I could have the English version of Vista (Basic) loaded instead of the Spanish one.

He said yes and I bought the computer and took it home to find everything in Spanish.

When I went back he blamed his poor English on the 'misunderstanding' and said there was nothing he can do.

How can I solve this problem? Could I load an English version over the Spanish? Or could I upgrade to another version of Spanish Vista with language options?

Bye the way, I loaded a printer in English and was using it quite merrily in English but when I switched it on the next day, it too was in Spanish!!
