Good choice
by: Frank

Hi there,

I would strongly recommend that, if you're not very knowledgeable about installing operating systems, you find a technician who can upgrade (Yes, UPGRADE!) your computer from vista to XP, especially if your machine was DESIGNED for vista.

It might cost you some money, but believe me, removing vista is NOT like downgrading to e.g. Windows 98, and you don't want your headache to get worse. Just visit some forums and you'll see why.

It cost me €70,- to have it done by a pro and I bought the guy some beers afterwards. I witnessed the struggle...

Good choice, and good luck!
