How to fix error code 0xc000000f without using windows installation disc

I updated my computer using windows update and after it was finally done i turned on my computer only to find this error code 0xc000000f and having it say "Windows boot manager, and it couldnt find the right program to boot computer.

Also said I had to use the "windows installation disc" by inserting it and then clicking "system startup repair" I dont have the installation disc and i dont have a cd burner to burn the torrent program to use instead!

so how do i either reboot vista or windows without using any disc's or anything? I cant click F8 or F11 at all! I can only click F2 for settings or F12 for boot menu options!

Its really pissing me off and leaves me with no choice but to give up! I dont want to have to take it to a shop to get fixed so i was wondering if theres any other way to fix this error without using "windows installation disc, burning torrent file or taking it into a shop? someone please save me and help!!
