hey the way to get it to work is!!!!
right click the desktop icon. compat mode windows xp service pack two. now go to your start menu select euro truck sim then config graphics options.

change to direct x video. not opengl.

try some lower range settings also. and turn filter down.

that should help.

oh and always start the game by right clicking shortcut and run as admin...
