I agree. Apart from a couple of old bits of hardware which needed to be replaced, I haven't had any major problems either. It seems to me that if one has a 64-bit processor, it makes sense to run a 64-bit OS. My 2Gb of RAM works OK, but I too might upgrade at some stage. It surprises me that there are so many horror stories out there from people who are having major problems with 64-bit Vista.
