IE 7 turns into ghoasting scree

When browsing online after a certain amount of time IE7 will all of sudden whiten out and then the circle on the tab will just spin, i eventually have to close the whole program and reopen it.

I can navigate back to the same page and it will continue to work for a random amount of time and happen again.

If i disable my plug ins it works. How do i get a permanent fix with the plug ins enabled
