Importing email from outlook express on my pc to windows email on my laptop

I recently bought a laptop with windows vista/windows email.
I would like to know how to import my existing emails from outlook express that is on my pc to my laptop.
\I have set up my existing account information on my laptop but am not receiving the emails that are coming through my pc. \help?
