Installation Error

Whenever i install anything on vista.. .i got the following error
An Error occured during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.ATL,type="win32",version="8.0.50727.762",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a18e3b",processor Architecture="x86".Please refer to help and support for more information. HRESULT:0x8007041D
After that installation rollbacks..
