Windows Vista Update

I've 2 primary partition's one fat32 and the other ntfs one of them is active so i instal vista on the ntfs active partation every thing end ok

but after i loged into vista one of my partaion countains a folder named Boot it wasn't the one i instaled vista on it was a primary fat32 partation,, i deleted that folder and next time i start system couldn't boot a meesage says "GRLDR is missing press any key to restart" when i press any key nothing happen
i used the repair function in vista instal cd but nothing change so i delete the primary partation and recreate it as logical re use the repair function this time the error is detected repaired then restart an error comes "NTLDR is missing pres ALT+CTL+DEL to restart" one again re use the repair function error detected system restarted this time an under score or dash "-" is displayed the HDD led on the case is lighting but nothing happen so re instal vista untill now every thing is ok it's liitel slow but not bad at all.
