I got the same prob. but searched and found on Yahoo answer and it helps:

go to:
Internet option->advance-->reset-->select ok and restart another internet explorer and it should work normally. What happened you have too many add-on so you just need to reset it.

Hope this helps. I was so upset and tok me a while to find the answer
