internet explorer has stopped working on Windows Vista

Hello. I have a problem with vista's internet explorer. every time I want to close the last internet explorer window, vista give's me an error.

sometime's it happends even when it's not the last internet explorer window, so if I have more than one ie windows opened, and I want to close only one of them, vista gives me that error

And even if I click "check online for a solution.." it than still gives me that error, and I have nothing else to do but to click "close internet explorer" and vista closes all my ie windows.. even the ones I didn't want to close.

This is very anoying, and sometimes even problem making. Please fix tthis bug!
