Laptop won't boot

Yesterday i was updatin my laptop with the windows vista service pack 3(i think) and it froze my laptop so i had to reboot it, but ever since shutting it down, my laptop goes to a blue screen and then reboots itself, but still goes to the blue screen, it won't allow me to do anything, safe mode doesn't work and starting the system with the lat good configuration doesn't work. My entire life is on my laptop!!!!!!!!!!
