Windows Vista Update

some of my emails with attachments dont want to open. very frustrating.

I also download a Shrink program off the internet, pay for it,...and guese what< it is not compatible with vista.

I want to scan photos in, but dont no where to go. It is not as clear as windows xp. I also battle to download dvds and cds, where with xp, I never had a problem.......

When I bought the laptop 2 weeks ago, Ive got a windows xp cd with it.

They say to me I can change it to xp, but it DOESNT take xp, I am using my laptop a lot and dont have time to play around.

so everytime I want to open my mail attachment, I must forward it to another computer and open it from there to get my info..........duh
