Arnie, Windows Mail is an upgraded version of Outlook Express, as simple as that. If you wish, you can download Windows Live Mail, which is in a way an upgrade (FREE) from Microsoft. Windows Live Mail can be used for your normal mail account as well POP like hotmail and gmail. Quite good indeed. But again, Outlook Express is Windows Mail. If you wish a more complete Outlook, then try Outlook 2007 which works flawlessly in Vista.
