I have an Acer laptop with Vista Home Premium installed. I have found that I have to take out and replug my mouse in each day to get it to work. I never thought about it being a Vista problem, hmmmm interesting.

I have posted kind of the same here a my mouse which is connected to a hub suddenly stops working, also my dvd burner and everything connected to the hub, I thought that the hub was the problem so I went and buy a brand new Targus 4 usb port Vista readi thinking that it will be the end of it, it worked fine for a few hours and then again no movementso i decided just after it stopped to disconnecet the hub and connect directly the mouse and it works fine, no problem at all, the only 2 solutions for i know for that problem are the one described above and to restart the computer, my mouse and my hub are both plug and play, I have benn searching for a solution with no luck, any one can help??

I SUGGEST BEST SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM IS TO DOWNLOAD LATEST DRIVER FROM MOUSE MANUFACTURER COPY TO FD USING ANOTHER COMPUTER OR YOU COULD INTSALL ANOTHER MOUSE ON YOUR OWN COMPUTER IF THIS DOES NOT WORK CALL MOUSE MANUF. TECH. SUPPORT TO TROUBLESHOOT.
