Windows Vista Update

I bought a new Toshiba laptop as I had problems with Aspire but Toshiba like Sony have good reputations. I am not impressed.
My Laptop is noisy, the scroll bar has a mind of its own and likes to go in the direvction it wants and the case gets hot and makes a constant noise. my laptop is one week old.

VISTA... I HATE VISTA!!! are we sure this is not from an alien universe that sent this in an effort to drive the human race on earth insane?? No explanations given by toshiba about how to understand Vista. It is like working through a minefield or swimming in a sea of treacle.

I ordered the VISTA DVD from QVCUK.com That is meant to be helpful. Problem is it kept getting stopped by my laptop. Even though my laptop has an anti virus system on it. In the end I put the DVD in my DVD player and wathed it on the TV and my laptop on the table in fornt of me. Only problem is as good as the DVD is it does not take into account how enthusiatic my laptop is at not co-operating. My laptop is very enthusatic at not co-operating and over zealous with its error messages. BRING BACK WINDOWS AND WINDOWS XP.

Toshiba it would be great if you could supply instructions on how to use vista so we can get the best out of our Toshiba laptops...if you can understand Vista that is???
