Windows Vista Update

My downside!

I am not too knowledgable about computers and what a 64 bit computer can offer rather than a 32 bit computer, but I recently wanted to download an antivirus software offered free through my internet service provider but unfortunately I wasn't able to due to my computer compatibility.

They only provide this free service for computers that are compatible with their software.

So the only solution was to downgrade to a 32 bit.

So I would want to know whether it is worth downgrading or not!?!
