Windows Vista Update

well, I have satellite A200 1SV with sata drive vista home premium installed. Unfortunatly windows vista in france language.

I tried several time to install xp inside to make dual booting but U know it`s keep telling me there is an error code.
I try to make my own xp cd for sata but It`s not working. my question are:

1. I need step by step how make xp cd for sata (for dummys)
2. U have any solution to change the language of vista inside to be an English
