Need VISTA driver for Radio Shack USB to Serial Cable

I purchased a USB to Serial cable for my VISTA laptop and the drivers are not being found. I tried the disk that came with the cable but it does not contain VISTA drivers. I went to the Radio Shack website and downloaded the updates but apparently they aren't in the updates either.

Can someone please help? The cable is a #26-183 USB to Serial cable, which I really need to interface with some engine management software I run on motorcycles.
