The CD drive does not show up under Computer only C drive.

The CD drive door does not open properly-only when it wants to.

I have been days trying to remove a CD. Overall, I have not been pleased.

Often especially when on the internet numbers appear on the screen for no reason.

How do I get my CD out of the drive?
