not genuine

During a updating my computer was sniff off without the battery connected.
So it could not finish updating, then every time i run the computer it doesn't start and mensage appear in the corner: "This windws vista home premium is not genuine build 600".
I bought my computer in Canada in a Sony Vaio Store two years ago and the windows is genuine!
What can i do?
