Problem download at Vista Premium

I have problem,on My laptop Toshiba Satellite M200-E4311 using OS Vista premium.

Is my problem if my laaptop conect to internet as my acunt yahoo.com and I need download some file... download is prosess.

but in finishing download .. the sistem cannot allowance this file to save at my data/harddisk..
why can I help me for this problem
