Problem with Recovery Disc Wizard - Windows Vista Home Premium in Toshiba laptop

I want to use de Recovery Disc Wizard in my Toshiba laptop and appear ERROR : 06-0204-0000
The operative sistem is Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bits

I began deleting the HDD with this Recovery Disc, but I can use the Recovery Disc Wizard.

Now, my laptop don't have operative system.
What is the solution?
