Windows Vista Update

Why in the heck did This program so called Vista Internet Security just pop up and say i have all these virus's and that i have been hijacked/hacked.

I didn't do anything to make this program open up,so i am asking if u could help me get this damm thing off of my computer.

Its at the bottom right showing a shield with 4 colors on it,and well like i said above i didn't do anything to make it show up and now i want it gone and gone for good.
