Random Crashing!

I have just bought my dell Inspiron 1525 laptop about a month ago, when i first bought it, it would randomly crash the screen would have all these lines on it and start to flicker, at first i thought it was the computer so i called them to send it back but they insisted it could be fixed, so a month goes by and everything seems okay, until last week it starts doing it again!

what to do?
