re-activate vista ultimate OEM???

i have a vista ultimate oem (from internet).
i installed xp. after many things i succcesseful create a bootloader with vista boot pro to run vista again.
but when i log in with my username it say "cd key indvalid" , "please re-activate vista" ,"enter a different cd-key" :|
why?
what can i do? i tryed some programs but didn't working:|
any1 know how to solve this problem? i don't wanna reinstall vista beacause i want to keep my windwos settings , drivers and programs installed.
