SAP CRM WEBUI is not working on Windows Vista

Hi, I am using SAP CRM 2007 and its WEBUI.
I am using the latest sap gui 7.10 for vista.All normal SAP & CRM transactions are working fine in my Vista .
SAP CRM webUI is throwing error like the target address cannot be found.
Is there any settings that needs to be done on my Browser/GUI?
