System Hibernation Failed

When Vista SP1 Home Premium comes back from "sleep" mode I get the following message:
System Hibernation Failed
The device of the 'ATA Channel 1' device is preventing the
machine from entering hibernation. Please close all applications and try
again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver.
How do I update this driver or solve the problem?
