*** Please try the following steps for this error and let me know the results.

Error 800B0100

Please go to https://sftus.one.microsoft.com/ChooseTransfer.aspx?key=492aab30-c810-4121-a626-3cd7799837f2

select receive files from Microsoft, and use password "e!fSzWmBQjz0gB" with no quotes.

Run the tool (cbscheckstore.exe) from an elevated command line (there’s 2, use the x64 one if appropriate).

Go to that link provided earlier and grab the files mentioned in your output.

Open an elevated command prompt,

cd c:\windows\servicing\packages,

and take ownership of each of them *if they are present*.

You can use the command line tool "takeown", which is already present on your machine.

The command will look something like

takeown C:\Windows\servicing\packages\Package_3_for_KB938194~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.0.1.2.cat

Then copy the files you downloaded from the earlier link over these ones.

Please note that some of the files *may* be missing, which is the same problem as if they were corrupt.

Just copy the correct files here.

Then run the tool again to make sure everything is fine, and try the installation once more!

Thanks
