update error 800B0100

I have windows vista home premium.I installed "regcure,webroot spy sweeper and webroot window washer".
There are three important updates but when I try to down load them I keep getting "some updates were not installed" and it shows error code 800B0100.
I tried Toshiba support(computers only one year old) and they told me that Microsoft has not made a patch yet.
This seems ridiculous. Anyone have the same problem or a solution ?
