When running the regsvr32 commands, are you doing so from an elevated
command prompt? If not, you need to be. The error code tells us you have
insufficient privileges to complete the command, and this is usually due to
running them from a standard command or run prompt. Click start, type cmd,
then right click the menu entry and choose 'run as administrator'. Then run
the regsvr32 commands from here.
