Windows Vista Update

i have a new hp 3600 with vista home premium and it freezes up during screen changes for no reason,

this is especially true using windows live hotmail where changing mail using the lower arrow buttons from pages of previous mail, can freeze up at any time requiring a control alt delete task manager exit.

If you use IE and change screens too fast, whatever that means, the same thing happens, this is absolutely the worst operating sysem MS has developed to date and i would love to have my old xp back which wasnt perfect but was not screwed up like this---

I have never seen this many screen freezes in two weeks in the past ten years of other operating systems!!!!
